I liked the program, especially the A-1 adjustment, until a new version was released. I could t successfully load it on my relatively new MacBook Pro. Support was minimal and didn’t fix my problem, and I switched to another software.

I think it's a great product. My only complaint and I don't know if it's common to all photo-editing software products is that it take a long time to export a raw file. Usually around two minute.

What do you mean by "export a raw file"?

Once your editing is complete you would want to save it to a folder or attach it to an email, or social media usually as a jpg. I normally shoot RAW so the software is converting the image to a jpg as well as applying the edits. It may be somewhat faster if you shoot jpg.

Yes! I’m a relatively new user. Use it on an Apple. It’s not the most intuitive of software packages I have used but it’s the first decent post-processing application since I got the Nikon. I’m learning to shoot and process RAW images and am going to stick with Luminar. Hope that helps.
