Thanks for the explanations and pictures -- I'm pretty sure my Dad used a camera sort of like this when I was very young. He developed and printed his own photos and his prints are better today than the ones I took decades later and had developed at the drug store. I caught the photography bug from him, though I have never been quite a serious about it as he was. Thanks again!

You are very welcome, Ringer … I, also - process my own film, and make all my own prints - in a 3-enlarger darkroom, here in my house. One does 4x5, the color one does 35mm & 120/220. The other I use just for making contact prints - from my 5x7 negs, and also, from the 35mm and 120/220 film …

Digital changed the picture, somewhat … but, I still keep my hand in, every once in a while ...
