This is the very bottom of the falls, all you have to do is look down. I was the only one there that was viewing this part of the falls. Everyone else was looking up and doing the "Ahhhh". I have also included the entire falls for you to do your own "Ahhh". The lighting was poor, causing some blowouts but here it is anyway.

Great. Feel like I'm there. Nice job.
It’s fantastic!
Thanks for sharing them.
Very nice my Colorado friend! Yes, a lot of people fail to look ALL around. 😉
Hey Bill, I grew up just down the road from there and have been to the falls many times. Like your shot of the area below - lots of interest there. Did you take the old highway? There are more falls and not usually so crowded.

Very nice, I photographed a wedding there 21years ago using medium format/film.

Can you get down to those rapids for shots?

We were on a river cruise, so no highway travel except by bus to get there. The fires from last year had many of the trails closed until the areas were cleared and deemed safe. I am looking at a car trip up the south side from Astoria to the Dalles. The lower falls photo looked too green but that is the way it really was. Lot of rain and people. I messed up and left my 15-30 lens at our room, so I was stuck with the 50mm which was just not quite wide enough unless I stood way back.
