As for the doctor in NY curing Parkinson's, with just a tiny bit of searching you can find a cure for almost anything that someone will advertise. When you read there accounts the boiler plate is "doctors are astounded and refuse to accept my miracle cure". You can be assured that if a true cure (not one anecdotal account) for any disease is discovered, the discoverer will become rich and doctors around the world will adopt the cure instantly.

It’s documented. Referenced and such. He did not use expensive methods so there’s no money it it. I read about it over at Life Extension Foundation. Part of a list of references and researched footnotes from a study. Yep, I read them to.

Modern medicine isn’t. Just a couple generations of medical school students out of bloodletting. I believe that’s what k**led George Washington.

And blood pressure. Medicine ignored this until well after WW2. Life insurance companies required a blood pressure test in the 1900s. Heck, the British journal of medicine stated the only thing more dangerous than testing for blood pressure was the i***t who tries to treat it. 1943.

Back in the - what - 1970s companies pointed out the benefits of baby aspirin for adults. Medicine laughed at the thought of it for 10 years.

I see naturopaths and doctors. Taking advantage of the strengths of both. & Take a s**tload of supplements and stay in shape.

Modern medicine is behind 10 years from what I estimate. Research is far ahead. The recently retired editor from JAMA said a lot of what they write is crap. I agree. Medicine won’t jump onto anything that’s a cure. Maybe 10 years later they’ll get around to it.

Politics, money and greed. Nice combination.

Small example - I keep PSA down to around .5 using a couple supplements. Dunno any doctors who will recommend that.

I just thought that with higher taxes, farmers and ranchers will have to charge more for their product. Auto workers and auto mechanics will have to charge more for their products and services.

The same thing would hold true for oil field workers. The price of a gallon of gas would skyrocket.

Darn, I can’t think of any service or product that would not cost more except college.

We are already having to pay a high price for college. We are having to put up with the i***ts they produce.

Medicare for all sure sounds like a take over of an industry, so does free college education for all.

Imagine, running for office by trying to “out free stuff” your opponent. Lefties got nothing except useful i***ts to lie to each time. V**ers are getting smarter. That’s why lefties want to let i******s v**e.

To do a job Americans won’t do anymore. V**e dumb.

Free college! Free money! Free medical! That sounds great but the doctors and nurses still need to be paid. The college professors need to be paid. The colleges and universities still need upkeep and will still have to pay for electricity, water etc.

Where will this money come from? I guess the government will supply it.

Where will the government get it’s money? I guess it will come from taxes. Who will pay taxes? I guess we, the citizens will pay our taxes at a higher rate.

I think it will cost more over the lifespan of the taxpayers. In the long run, that would make college more expensive.

If everyone got a college degree, there would be fewer plumbers, carpenters, electricians etc.

I can’t figure out how that would make college free.
Free college! Free money! Free medical! That sou... (show quote)

Free everything...

That reminds me a stupid backward person in Quebec in the '70's name Caouette who declare one day " When money will be needed we will print more, after all, we have trees" he was the "inventor" of the Social Credit Party of Canada and was a car dealer.

Both my wife and I get a kick out of how much more our personal doctors now pay attention to us and provide us more info on the scripts they offer us since we informed them that we want to check with our daughters, both doctors, on their recommendations.
