Moderator note: click here for LUT definition

Hi, browsing the net I found some interesting looking Lightroom presets. As I've been playing around a bit with luts I used image2Lut to create a lut by using a before and after photo. I then saved the lut and applied it to the before and made a few small adjustments to more or less match the after and saved the adjustments as another lut.

So now I decided to give it a try with one of my own photos (straight out of the camera jpeg). I exported the jpeg with and without the lut in Affinity photo. Here is the result. I've included the lut I created. It's good for Photoshop, Affinity Photo and more. Have a play with it and see if you like the results (may suit portraits best).

A Lut is like a super adjustment layer it can do brightness contrast tonality rgb curves and more. They are most used in video as the lut just needs to be applied once to a clip and every frame is adjusted.

If you have affinity photo it is very easy to add adjustment layers to an image and then export as a LUT which can be applied to any other photo or video.
