Does anyone have any recommendations on a good selfie stick.
Would like to use it on days when I don’t want to lug my camera around with me.

Just curious: do you take selfies when you lug your camera around? The question doesn’t make sense to me. Why would you need a selfie stick to replace your camera?

Because, there are times that I would rather not carry my camera, like at a theme park. However Because of the business that I am in, I need to have my phone with me at all times.

Why do you need a selfie stick in addition to your phone? You can take pictures with your phone instead of your camera. The phone does not need a selfie stick to take pictures.

Oh my. Reading comprehension seems to be lacking here. All they want is a recommendation for a selfie stick. Seems clear to me.

To the OP sorry I cannot help. I would think most selfie sticks should be the same pretty much.

I've seen some on Amazon ranging from $10-$30 depending on features. As with anything I'd suggest going with some that has a high # of reviews to stars ratio. E.g. 1000+ reviews & 4.5+ stars.
I personally like the ones with a Bluetooth trigger and expandable tripod legs.
Mpow Selfie Stick Tripod, 3 in 1 Extendable Selfie Stick Monopod with Bluetooth Remote & Fill Light, Compatible with Gopro/Small Camera iPhone Xs max/XS/XR/X/8/8 plus/7/7 plus/6s,Galaxy S10/S9/8,Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JQFSVX2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_gyKcDbN6C1GT4

Forget selfie sticks. Use a tripod, picnic table, or whatever. Place your camera-MILC, DSLR, Cell Phone, or whatever it may be-so it points where you will soon be, set your timer, and push your shutter release. Get in front of the lens before the timer counts down. It looks classier, and produces better looking images.

I've never used a selfie stick. Don't even have a smart phone. Gave it back to the company when I retired 5 yrs ago. If I did have one though I can assure you that I wouldn't put it, or my camera, on a picnic table or whatever, or even on a tripod, in a public setting such as the theme park mentioned by the OP and then step back while hoping that some fleet-footed little punk doesn't see a golden opportunity to get a new phone.

OMG! All the OP wants is recommendations for a selfie stick not a lecture on why not to use them. For those that don’t understand what or how a selfie stick is and can be used for. They can be used for more than just selfies. You can also use them to shoot away from you. They are great for shooting from a low angle without having to bend down or even from high. A selfie stick unlike a monopod will allow you to actuate the shutter on the smart phone

Beat me to it.
I was given one as a gift, and didn't know why I would use it. 2 years later ...
I've been using it to take shots over my head in groups, near the ground looking up, and around corners (of rocks and rails and trees, oh my!!). No selfies yet, tho.

SOMEbody come up with some useful suggestions:
The Hillary Emails about Carter's sinning in his head about JFKs alleged girlfriends will get brought up.

I would recommend the Spigen Selfie Stick, it is a well-built quality item. I do not use it for selfies but find it very useful for taking photographs when my proper camera is not available or not suitable, such as over peoples heads etc. I find is better to use than a handheld phone when using the remote shutter button.
For more information you might find this link interesting:

Selfie sticks are being excluded in many meuseums and in many public spaces.

He"s asking a question. Who cares if you agree with him or not. If you don't know the answer don't bother the guy.

I don't use one, but here are some of the best - supposedly. If you're going to get one, you might as well get a good one.
