Nice photo. I used to like to shoot those fellows all the time when they were destroying my soybean fields, but I wasn’t using a camera.

Back in the late 30s and early 40s my uncles would pop of one every so often and my grandmother would fix it for Sunday dinner. It was a change from the usual stewed chicken.

My brother and I grew up in NYS where woodchucks were abundant, too abundant in fact. We put many on our table as well. They taste great.
