Mueller also said that everyone in his investigation is presumed innocent till proven guilty. So what exactly is Trump guilty of and or what is Trump being charged with?

“At one point in time, I requested that certain portions of the report be released. The attorney general preferred to make the entire report public all at once, and we appreciate that the attorney general made the report largely public and I certainly do not question the attorney general's good faith in that decision.“

With those words, Mueller with full intent, declined to clear Trump.

Mueller chose his words carefully, and he clearly, based on his investigation left the door open that Trump has violated obstruction laws. That possibility is clearly the intent of the wording.
That was not his (Justice Department’s) nickel, so he left any conclusion to further investigation by an appropriate party. That investigation is the responsibility of Congress.

We all know that Mueller certainly did not say any of the quotes that you have attributed to him in this twisted thread. Attributing quotes to Mueller that have no basis in t***h, compromises one’s integrity.

I’ve done some study. The law on obstruction is insanely written. I think the law self invalidates itself. Therefore has little value since anyone can argue anything they want with near impunity.

A reasonable reader won’t make a lot sense of it —> it does not define the behavior to avoid so law is followed & does not define what is a crime. Yet, it seems to place power in the government to say an innocent person performing his lawful duties can be charged with performing his legal duties because a prosecutor wants to.
