Mueller also said that everyone in his investigation is presumed innocent till proven guilty. So what exactly is Trump guilty of and or what is Trump being charged with?

It’s interesting that Mueller also makes includes this.....

“At one point in time, I requested that certain portions of the report be released. The attorney general preferred to make the entire report public all at once, and we appreciate that the attorney general made the report largely public and I certainly do not question the attorney general's good faith in that decision.“

Who gives a crap what Mueller has "confidence" in. There is either proof or there is NO PROOF. Are you naive enough to think that if Mueller had PROOF he would have NOT PUT IT IN THE REPORT?????

Time to engage the brain and THINK.

Why would a person of Mueller's stature lower himself to even entertain more tin foil BS like what you have mentioned?

Mueller stated today:

"As set forth in the report, after the investigation, if we had confidence that the president did not clearly commit a crime, we would have said so,"

Do what you do best with the facts....... Spin, spin, spin away!

Mueller said:
"As set forth in the report, after the investigation, if we had confidence that the president did not clearly commit a crime, we would have said so,"

But he did not say:
"If we had confidence the president did commit a crime, we would have said so."

(Mueller's got nothing)

With those words, Mueller with full intent, declined to clear Trump.

Mueller chose his words carefully, and he clearly, based on his investigation left the door open that Trump has violated obstruction laws. That possibility is clearly the intent of the wording.
That was not his (Justice Department’s) nickel, so he left any conclusion to further investigation by an appropriate party. That investigation is the responsibility of Congress.

We all know that Mueller certainly did not say any of the quotes that you have attributed to him in this twisted thread. Attributing quotes to Mueller that have no basis in t***h, compromises one’s integrity.

While Barr stated in his April news conference that there was “no evidence of collusion,” Mueller said Wednesday he found “insufficient evidence to charge a broader conspiracy.” And while Mueller gave a nod to Congress when he said that “the Constitution requires a process other than the criminal justice system to formally accuse a sitting president of wrongdoing,” Barr said he hoped Mueller hadn’t intended to leave the decision to Congress “since we don’t convene grand juries and conduct criminal investigations for that purpose.”

Integrity? These bunch of hooligan's can't or won't read the report, because it might throw their entire upside down world into orbit. They look like i***t's, but continue to repeat the spin that is feed to them daily. Given the high level of detail and documentation in the report, it is beyond belief that anyone would stand up for the lying, puffed up buffoon that currently masquerades as President at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave!

I think we can all agree it’s gonna be a hot humid summer.

I’ve done some study. The law on obstruction is insanely written. I think the law self invalidates itself. Therefore has little value since anyone can argue anything they want with near impunity.

A reasonable reader won’t make a lot sense of it —> it does not define the behavior to avoid so law is followed & does not define what is a crime. Yet, it seems to place power in the government to say an innocent person performing his lawful duties can be charged with performing his legal duties because a prosecutor wants to.

I think this is the red meat lefties are chumming the waters with. Many other interpretations can be inferred out there which can easily invalidate this thesis. Again the law is soooo flawed it’s useless.

Lefties in communities t***p w*n will be careful not to lose in 2020 by being pro-impeach yet mueller statements makes that harder, even though he stated nothing further than what’s already known.

i.e., those lefties will lose their seat if they go impeach.

It’s a screwed up law for sure. Anyone with a law degree out there who can help describe and define the law....????????

Mueller lies during that speach too. He stated he will not talk any further. Lol. If he goes up before a judge, he will speak or face the wrath of the courts. Liar. That alone tells me he has no credibility.

Knowing the lack of actual evidence, I get the feeling Mueller knows this and that’s why he punted. To keep the political harassment going. The law is flawed and no jury will agree the law is even worth the paper it’s written on. Certainly not under the weight of a trial.

Just a desperate leftie ploy. Harass. The c**p is weakened by lies and Barr holds the keys for the jail, lefties. They’ll start blaming each other big time and soon.

Barr is a proven liar. See what he said on April 18th. Nothing more needs to be said. He is as big a liar as Trump! He has ZERO integrity.

Who cares if the case of obstruction might not be convictable. We are talking about the President of the United States for Christ's sake. He is a puss pocket and needs to be removed from the American Presidency before he does more damage. If we allow a proven liar to continue to hold office, look out for what we will allow in the future! Beware of what you are willing to ingest!
