I read the whole report, I could not find a statement specifically saying "Trump committed the crime of ___" anywhere in it, feel free to post it if I missed that or any similar statement. While it is true Mueller said they couldn't charge him with anything, there is absolutely no policy, rule, regulation, or law which prevented him from specifically stating that he found Trump committed a crime which he could name. Therefore, it's logical to conclude he didn't find anything in criminal in Trump's actions.

Sorry, no cigar. And I believe that the entire "Mueller Investigation" was a sham from the outset. There was no predicated crime for investigation. It was a farce.
However, Mueller's charge was to investigate and report to the AG. That's what he did. As a prosecutor, he can prosecute those who are not the President. He did prosecute some crimes. However, they weren't predicated on his original charge by Assistant AG Rosenstein. What would AG Barr prosecute, bad writing?
Mueller erred grievously by inserting innocence in his report. As a criminal matter, there is only guilt or no guilt; innocence is assumed. His report is merely a political guide for impeachment by the House.
