If you read Volume 2 of the report, there is 11 different findings on obstruction. He said today that Congress should not allow Trump's obstructing and lies to stand. April 18th 2019: William Barr publicly states that Robert Mueller did not use the DOJ Guidelines with regards to his not being able to indict a sitting president as the reason he did not indict or influence their findings. Fast forward to this morning. Mueller clearly states that he did not come to a conclusion of obstruction, because of the DOJ guidelines, not because of his findings! Bill Barr is a certifiable LIAR! Look it up. Barr is trying to provide cover for Trump, PERIOD!
