You can use it in crop mode and at 16mm in full frame has no vinyetting.

The Tokina 11 -16 is designed for a crop sensor body. It will work on a full frame camera but wll vignette strongly. the examples I've seen have perhaps 1/3 of the area of the frame as a deep black vignette. A full frame camera deserves a full frame capable lens.
