Hi,

I have recently got into Drone photography. My drone came with a Hasselblat Camera with a 1" 20 Megapixel sensor. It takes awesome stills and video (up to 4K, 10 bit). I now take my drone AND my Canon 6D on my projects. I don't always launch the drone but it gives another perspective for adding to whatever project I'm working on at the time. I shoot in RAW with both cameras and post-edit. What technology is available these days!! It's amazing. And I'm 64, not in my 30's. Never too old to learn!

Is anyone else Droning as well? I haven't been here in a few months so excuse my question if there other discussion on the subject.

Here's a Drone image I shot in 2016. We had a major snow storm in MD that year. This was shot using the DJI standard camera. Pretty basic compared to the new Hasselblad cameras now available but pretty good anyway. The aerial perspective adds a whole new dimension in still photography, not to mention the amazing video. Note the snow plow making its way up the street.

That Hasselblad-on-a-drone caught my eye last year when I saw the name "Hasselblad" associated with a price tag of only $1,500, including the drone! Thought, "It's time to go a droning!" Glad you're doing it, maybe share with us a highlight still...

They make good moving targets. Just kidding. However, depending on what they are doing where, there are some who will definatly shoot them out of the sky if given the chance

And hopefully earn themselves a jail sentence in the process, based on US law.

This has been discussed a few time here...

I have a Mavic 2 Pro and am really enjoying it. I have been doing some commercial work using my FAA part 107 certification (Drone license) too.

Nice shot!! Yeah, the Hasselblad is pretty impressive for sure. It came out less than a year ago.
