I have never made a single error. All my shots have been perfect, allways have the propper lens on the camera. Camera is always over my shoulder. Please Buy this bridge???

I left my lens on the desk in front of the printer. Later, my wife needed to print something. The tray came out and pushed the lens off the edge and onto the floor. OMG! That was scary. Thankfully, the lens still works fine. Whew!

Film leader in the film days, or strobe batteries, batteries and memory cards with digital, grabbing a Sony/Minolta A-mount Tamron/Sigma lens for one of my Nikons & vice versa (that is mostly old guy not looking twice), though I have both mounts in same lens model, each mount/brand has it's own set of shelves, and shouldn't be on the wrong shelf!!!) Settings aren't usually a fail (easy to rectify, and many alternative settings have a button assigned). The camera bodies always have a favorite lens already mounted, so even if I grabbed the wrong bag, I could still operate till I run out of battery/cards.
These are rare though, I usually do just fine 98% of the time. Alas, I was never one who could be called "perfect"..........

Yikes. I can see me doing that. Disaster narrowly avoided.
I actually let go of my camera recently after I thought I had the plate locked in the ball head clamp. Fortunately the plate is arca-swiss and was settled against to furthermost jaw so it didn't fall before I grabbed it.

It was really stupid on my part. We’d been out all day and stopped for a drink and after we left the restaurant I realized I didn’t have it. Went back to check...no luck...so I figured I must have left it on the bus. Of course, “lost and found” was closed by this time so I left a message: make, model, lens, etc. Didn’t sleep well that night but first thing in the AM I got a call that the bus driver had turned it in. The surprising thing was this happens 3 or 4 times a week there and it’s always good cameras...probably because most people use their phones😊
