Actually the amendment that granted citizenship to children born in the US was intended for the newly freed s***es. It has been and is still being abused

It's all about enforcing the laws we already have to solve a majority of the issues we are experiencing.
The anti-law liberals are at fault.

I think the citizenship issue is especially important here. If a fetus is indeed a person then any fetus
conceived in the United States should automatically become a naturally fertilized citizen.
If we are going to wait until it's born, then obviously, we are saying that it is not a person, until it is.
Thus, if it is not a person until after it's born, it's not a person while still in the womb.
Oh my!
Fair enough.
Its obvious that your concern is money over humanity ... a trait not uncommon to l*****ts ... take your tax deduction and let humanity live.

Roe v. Wade was decided before science had a clue as to when the fertilized egg became a fetus, when life actually began, etc. Now that the science has advanced, and heart beats can be detected at much earlier stages, it may well be time to revisit.
Roe v. Wade ruling made up a "right to privacy" from whole cloth. There was no precedence anywhere, ever.
The privacy right should include the right to privately own firearms, to privately assemble an army and to privately sell kidneys....if privacy is so all-encompassing as to include the termination of the life of another.

Let the grown ups talk Fwankie, now go read your picture books about your imaginary friends who wear underpants over their tights.

My comment was not a statement of support. It was solely meant to reflect changes in science, and to state the obvious when the Court found a right to a******n under the guise of privacy.
The 2nd Amendment well covers the right to keep and bear arms by individuals, and was so supported by the US Supreme Court in McDonald and Heller cases.
While various private m*****as may not rise to the level of private armies, m*****as are also covered in the 2nd Amendment.
The public spoke when Jack Kevorkian was convicted of 2nd degree murder for "assisting" a suicide. He was convicted by a jury of his peers. Suicide, by definition requires that the deed be done without outside help. Anything else is homicide. That's both the philosophical and legal definition.
Organ donation/sale is really sticky. The ability to help others through organ donation is still construed to be the ultimate in altruism. It's still a moral belief formed into law. However, I'm with you; it should be the donor's option as whether to sell or donate. Altruism must be voluntary, not mandated by government. This reminds me of Robin Cook's novel "Coma", and what it entailed.
