I think the citizenship issue is especially important here. If a fetus is indeed a person then any fetus
conceived in the United States should automatically become a naturally fertilized citizen.
If we are going to wait until it's born, then obviously, we are saying that it is not a person, until it is.
Thus, if it is not a person until after it's born, it's not a person while still in the womb.

Roe v. Wade was decided before science had a clue as to when the fertilized egg became a fetus, when life actually began, etc. Now that the science has advanced, and heart beats can be detected at much earlier stages, it may well be time to revisit.
Roe v. Wade ruling made up a "right to privacy" from whole cloth. There was no precedence anywhere, ever.

Actually the amendment that granted citizenship to children born in the US was intended for the newly freed s***es. It has been and is still being abused
