Excellent work there--these give the impression of an interloper and thus are much more erotic than the usual nude photo.

You have achieved that 'old' look that you set out to achieve. Nicely done.

Just to nitpick a touch... no harm intended... #2 should be #3... and #3 should be #2. Just the timeline sequence.

The first set of a series with various young ladies.
My goal was to produce images of a bygone era, before running water, and fancy bed rooms.
The models were not posed, they were instructed to bathe as they would for tryst, thinking about their lover.

One thing I would have cautioned the model(s) in regard of putting water containers on good wood furniture. It would not have happened. The pitcher would have been on the floor near the basin. Special furniture have been built to hold the pitcher and basin.

Otherwise, great representation of eras gone by.

Not everyone in the era portrayed had the luxury of a wash stand and used what they had. The dresser used was borrowed and destined to the cabinet shop soon after the shoot so there was not a problem if it did get wet.

You nailed your goal, from set up to poses to dark lighting of previous eras to processing.

The lighting was the most difficult, getting it to look natural.
I was crashing at the studio because of snow, was just about asleep when the solution to the lighting came to me, outta bed rigged a 4X4X8' reflector "outside a faux window I had built in a Cabinet/Wall combo
The "window" 4X7X2', then an Alien Bell B400 strobe in a 30X60" double defused softbox covered with two sheets of dark amber gel, then a test shot. Bingo!! Back to bed called Amber the next day and set up the shoot.
