As others have stated, many companies create beautiful books and at various costs. Which one you use and the final cost will depend on your book. I use LR and create books from within LR. In LR one creates the book using the LR software and whatever set of images they want and then a button is clicked and the final book is sent to Blurb. Once in Blurb I check the book again prior to buying it. I have done about 15 large size coffee-table books with my images. All are beautiful. To some degree, the final look of your book will depend upon your skill with the program of your choice. Just about any company will provide you with a decent looking book but the software for each will be different.
