I store mine in a spreadsheet that is stored with password protection, so I only have to remember one password, which will get me in. Only issue is that I have to change them manually in the file, but I can deal with that.

The only thing I know to do is to go to each site and change your password and/or username. It will be a pain but as far as I know there is no other name. Sorry I couldn’t have an easy answer.

This is why I wonder why there are address books sold specifically for "Passwords". You find them at Barnes and Noble and other stationary stores. They must be the nightmare of IT security people.

i keep a small ( app. 5 x 8") 6 ring loose leaf binder from staples.. each site has a page. when i change a password i can either make notes on the page or toss the page in the shredder and start a new one... i keep it well hid when not home. loose leaf allows inserting or removing pages anywhere.... works for me.
