Excellent, Regis! Brilliant colors. The swallows here are black and gray (I think...they never slow down or stop!). I am always amazed that you find them "at rest". Enjoyed your series!

Even by your high standards, #1 is a great shot. "Plaintive" look on the bird's face, terrific sharpness and detail, the eye is not only sharp but has great expression. It helps to have a beautiful bird as the subject, but you certainly did him justice.
