I know much of the money went to Solyndra, the owners being friends of Obama. How much was it, 150 Million dollars given to Solyndra and immediately after the company went belly up. Apparently nobody cares what happened to that 150 Million dollars. Let's not forget the computer company, not from America but from Canada, that was owned by friends of Obama. How many tried did it take to get Obamacare off the ground to where it was finally working and people could sign up online. This, after many American companies said they could have it up and running in no time and for Millions of dollars less. This is all a given but yet Liberals tell us Obama was an honest President, "Nothing to see here folks, move along".

There were people working in the coal industry before Trump. Not many and mines are still closing. There have been 2000 jobs added after over 100000 jobs lost over last three decades. America was self sufficient prior to Trump.

Trump can only buy these West Virginia v**e by manipulating the free market. He props it up with welfare policies. He wanted to subsidize mining operations so they did not close. He was denied by his own people. Now he is forcing the markets to buy “dirty” coal instead of other cheaper options so he can keep v**ers happy.
If Trump trained those miners to perform clean energy jobs, he could increase workers by hundreds of thousands. Thank the Koch Bros for that, they want a return from the puppet they paid for.

Trump has ordered Energy Secretary Rick Perry to take steps to prevent coal and nuclear power plants from retiring ahead of schedule. Federal regulators already rejected one of Perry's plans to subsidize those plants.
The Energy Department has circulated a separate proposal to force regional power markets to buy more electricity from coal and nuclear plants even if that's not the most affordable option.

As for coal and steel jobs, it was Hillary who said she would shut down the coal industry. Even if Trump did not create millions of coal and steel jobs he did open up SOME jobs for those workers.

From what I have heard America was not self sufficient with regard to oil before Trump. America now has enough oil that we could sell some to other countries. I don't believe Obama put us in that position.

Whenever you mention the Koch brothers you really need to mention George Soros in the same sentence just to be fair. Soros has his hands/money in about everything that is anti American and you know it.

We are talking about America's finances over the past 10 years. Since Obama was in charge for 8 of those 10 years don't you think it only appropriate that his name be brought up? Should we simply forget all about Obama and not bring his name up at all? After all it was Obama himself who constantly brought up George Bush. What are you afraid of, that a comparison will show that Obama was nothing but a bought and paid for shill of George Soros?

I appreciate you presenting the articles. For the first I don't believe I said the coal industry would be giving Americans millions of jobs. But 2000 jobs seems to be helping a lot of people.

For the second article about nuclear plants, you are correct. I will take the further use of those plants though.

And for the third article, I agree that American, US, steel should be used as opposed to purchasing steel from foreign countries. Don't you agree that those jobs should be kept in America? Why would we support other countries especially in the use of products such as steel.

If at some time in the future war breaks out involving America. Should we really have to purchase steel for aircraft, weapons, ships, tanks and so on from foreign nations? Does that make sense to you? What if we are actually at war with the country that supplies us with steel? That could have an unhappy ending for America couldn't it?

I prefer the Trump idea of America being self sufficient. Thank you very much.

The fact that you on the Left h**e President Trump, yes your President, makes my heart go all aflutter. He is obviously doing something very RIGHT and that makes me love him. The problem is you Lefties who h**e America are still butt hurt because Hillary lost, because wh**ever Trump touches seems to be a win for the real America loving citizens. I know it is tough but try looking at Trump and his policies from the point of Common Sense. Yes it will be a real struggle for you but give it a try.

For starters, consider that we have poor people in America who are hungry. We have veterans who are committing suicide at an unprecedented rate, about 22 per day now. Yet you Liberals in I believe two states v**ed against money for the poor and for veterans while approving money for i*****l a***ns to go to college. I mean, Really, they are illegal and do not even belong in America to begin with and yet Democrats want to give them free college education. Now does that sound like common sense to you? If so you are a real anti American fool of the highest order.
