Very impressive set, as usual.
Jim, while the la ea 4 works great for me and recently bought a7r iii with my Minolta a mount lenses I also bought an la ea 3 for use with my sigma 150-500mm a mount and sigma 120-400mm amount.
They both work great with the difference being the la ea 3 has no translucent mirror which “steals” 1/3 of the incoming photons. Sometimes this matters such as af with a tele converter and/or bif.
The la ea 3 only works with lenses that have their own internal focusing motor. On the a7 iii and a7r iii this also enables all the e mount af bells and whistles, don’t know on the a7 ii though.
