Here is mine. VERY portable, but unfortunately not very packable!
Looks really, really light.

I am going to be snarky - I use a three legged camp stool strapped to my pack pack (just like a tripod) or to my roller bay with bungy cords. Simple & cheap!
You aren't snarky at all. In fact you work pretty good.
The SM-62 Snark was an early ground launched cruise missile with nuclear warhead. Pretty much a failure and so many crashed and were lost or went off course during testing and development (1946-1957) that parts of the Caribbean were referred to as "Snark infested waters." Even many who worked on the project were surprised the Air Force deployed them in 1958. In 1961 they were pulled out of service, replaced by ICBMs that worked.

Please, the smartass answers I can do without. I am reaching the age where carrying even a small bag is taking all the joy out going for a short walk along the fence lines. I find that no matter what camera and lens I take with me there will be a once in a lifetime shot that I have the wrong lens for. So if I had a bag with wheels I could drag along the extra lens, as far as the seat goes, this area in the last couple of years was crawling with ticks so I can't see myself setting in the grass trying to get a good Macro shot. I was just looking through the latest Photo news and I seen a picture of a camera bag with wheels, so maybe a seat is not to much to ask for. Thanks in advance. REJ.

REJ, not a smart assed answer, more of a DIY, but you might look at the "Walkstool" brand of portable three-legged camp stools. They are very lightweight and come in a variety of sizes (heights). They also double as shooting stools. They easily attach to any of my back-pack lens cases or can be carried alone. The 30" stool weighs 37 oz. (for one example).
Home Depot rolling tool bag with a seat.

Take a look in your local (or on line) angling shop. I regularly see anglers with the type of product you are describing.
Surely someone makes a wheeled, hard-sided camera "bag" that would be suitable. I use a wheeled cooler for my seat; you could get padded lens pouches & carry that way, or do like I do, and fill the cooler with ice and beverages and only carry the lens on your camera.

Think golf cart.
I was going to suggest that! Golf push cart. Most have large wheels, roll easily, are lightweight, fold for storage, carry a good load... Some have seats, some also have umbrella mount, some have beverage storage! Price isn't too bad, either. Check out Dick's or Golf Galaxy, if one is near you. 👍

First thing that comes to mind is some hard ice chests have wheels and are the right height and strength to sit on, would make good protection for photo gear too.
I have the 3 legged stool mentioned and attaches to try pod straps folds up great and very light to carry .
This may sound stupid but what about a rolling cooler? Bag inside, sit on top of the cooler? Oops, just read the other posts. Great minds...?
