I volunteer at a museum where we show the earth as a globe. Occasionally we encounter a visitor who proclaims the earth is flat. I'm always happy to explain that's impossible, if the earth was flat cats would have knocked everything off the edge by now...

Years ago I used to receive a publication from the Flat Earth Society. It was entirely humorous. I have seen on youtube that there a few chuckleheads that think the earth is actually flat. Clearly, the education system has failed these folks.

Hard to believe some people still think the world is flat. Turn the page and join the rest of us around the world. Makes me think, if it's flat, what's on the bottom????

I was just on their website and, disappointingly, it doesn't appear to be totally satirical.
