Anything as massive as The Earth is going to be forced into a generally globular shape by gravity. It is physically impossible for anything so massive to remain flat. Anyone who wants to test the flatness of The Earth need only look up, on a starry night, from anywhere in the supposed Northern Hemisphere, and take some astro-photos. Then, do the same in any spot in the supposed Southern Hemisphere. If The Earth is flat, the photos will be identical....same stars, in the same locations, forming the same constellations. If The Earth is a globe, the photos will be very different....different stars in different locations, forming different constellations. A little travel, and some photo processing, is all that anyone need do to forever settle the validity, or invalidity, of Flat Earth Theory.
