Packard....
My father had one of those. It was shiny black and blinding chrome. It was a pretty nice car, but I have no fond memories. Nobody had fun when my old man was driving. He was the original road rager. He was in a rage backing down the driveway. Oh well, enough love for today.
The dash and instrument panels of these old cars just amaze me....thanks for sharing!
Great looking vehicle. Beautiful photos. Mahalo for sharing.

I had a 1947 Packard that looked just like it! Whatta beast! Loved it.
Bench seats, I almost forgot. Straight eight flathead-how long ago. For a car that is 71 years of age, it is in great shape. Wish I was in as good a condition. Thanks for taking and sharing.
That 48 Packard is MINT.......wow what a find......so Rare
I am so happy to see one again. Thank You

It definitely was in mint condition....
He was nice enough to open the door so that I could get shots of the interior and when I saw how pristine it was I was amazed. You couldnt even tell someone had even sat in the driver seat. I did ask how often he drove and he told me about once a week.
