Remember the Outrage that resulted from the Pass Interference no call, during the last quarter of the NFC Championship game in New Orleans. Well, that outrage has changed the rules for next year's NFL games. The Los Angeles Rams won that game, and the Los Angeles Rams went to the Superbowl against the New England Patriots, losing it against the Patriots. Everyone, wondered, what if Drew Brees had played against Tom Brady? I certainly think it would have been a better game. The new rule was also approved by NFL owners. To have Pass Interference to be reviewable. It is too little too late for the Saints. They may not even qualify again, next year, for the Superbowl. What other rules need to be changed?

ELIMINATE the silly demonstrations after a TD

They NFL wanted to do away with the celebrations after a touchdown. But decided to allow them. Some are not tolerated though. And fines are imposed. In the tens of thousands of dollars. Enough to buy a brand new economy car for the average worker. And those fines are really collected.

Too true. And so is the half-time show. But some of those Super Bowls ads are terrific.
A $10,000 fine is pocket change for those overpaid cry-babies.

In 2017, the NFL collected $25.3 million in fines for 283 infractions. I couldn't find the total for the 2018 season. Perhaps more or less?
The SB non-call was an obvious mistake but move on. Too much time is already spent on reviews. Refs sometimes make bad calls but players fumble, drop passes and miss tackles. Maybe they should start letting teams call “do overs” when they screw up a play.
Just sayin’

If anyone deserves to win another Superbowl, it would be Drew Brees. I wish him well. But, he is not getting any younger either.

Neither is Tom Brady, but he keeps on winning!

He won't have the GRONK anymore. We shall see? Tom Brady is a staunch competitor to the last second of the game. He, obviously has more Superbowl rings than any quarterback ever. Even Joe Montana, realizes now, that he is not the greatest anymore.
