I cook to near 125 degrees F and let it rest for several minutes.

A saying in NZ is "knock it on the head ,wipe its arse and slap it on my plate" So there must be a few Kiwi's who like their steak rare also , not me.

it was a limited recall that did not affect Washington DC or the whole foods in Washington. And I feel fine.
