Mueller report could not determine either way, so the presumption of innocence applies. AJ determined no evidence of obstruction which was a ridiculous assertion anyway. So, where is the evidence that Trump obstructed justice?

Mueller's team found no evidence of obstruction one way or the other - they passed it on to Attorney General Barr, who concluded that there is no crime committed. In order for there to be a charge for obstruction of justice, there must be a prosecutorial crime separate and in place prior to the obstruction charge. If Mueller and his team of merry Democrats found no evidence of obstruction, how can Congress come up with something when they don't have the investigative tools that Mueller had (Congress cannot convene grand juries and initiate prosecutions like Mueller could). Face it...it's over. Time to let Trump get on with keeping campaign promises. Let it go....

How does one obstruct an investigation of a non-event that never happened. Trumps best move is to the the gaggle of i***ts run in circles. After 2 years and zero evidence (facts and t***h) they stopped.

The Mueller report is in, and Donald Trump starts a brand new phase in his presidency. Special Counsel Robert Mueller didn't find that Trump's 2016 campaign or his associates conspired with Russia, Attorney General William Barr announced in a four-page letter to Congress. Mueller's report essentially punted on the question of whether Trump committed obstruction of justice. Mueller's investigation did not conclude that the President obstructed justice, but it also didn't exonerate him. Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein made the decision the evidence was "not sufficient" to support prosecuting Trump.
