If you want to hike, and be able to take photos almost instantly (within a few seconds) a back pack does not allow that to happen. The best situation is both, a vest and a backpack worn together. I use a vest xx previously posted on this thread and a backpack camera bag. Ok have to camera with different lenses attached to the best, and everything else in the pack, pre or on it.
The back pack I use, Neewer Camera Case Waterproof Shockproof 11.8x5.5x14.6 inches/30x14x37 centimeters Camera Backpack Bag with Tripod Holder for DSLR, Mirrorless Camera, Flash or Other Accessories(Orange Interior) from Amazon at $30. I love both. The back pack holds 2 bodies with lenses attached, flash, and 3 or 4 other lenses. Tripod on pack, and a walking stick/mono pod in hand.

You might want to look at a mesh vest. Much cooler if you are going to do much walking or in warmer weather.

I don't have long lenses so I wear cargo pants and use the pockets. The bag is usually not far away.

This vest on Amazon most closely looks like the one I purchased over 15 years ago. I purchased an XL man's vest even though I am a medium female just to get the larger pockets. It worked well. It is more expensive than what you selected but if you have it for a long time, the payback might be worth it!
