Looks Yummy
Welcome Brother Chef, Blair! Your two described words "Looks Yummy!" Tells it all . . . This Lamb Shank was indeed tasty. The first bite brough a BIG smile to my face, especially with a sip of Merlot in between, it's been pointed out to me. I always seem to forget the wine . . .

Hey Chef AP:
I recently purchased the ....Power Quick pot...pressure-cooker and have fallen in love with it and I no longer have to do the On The Stove Scenario that I used to . It will do 8 qts of food in 30 minutes with no difficulty or rice or stews or Suvee or slow-cooking ,canning and Braising.......all in one pot.
If you haven't tried one of these new programmable pressure cookers , you need to have at it......what a joy they are to anyone who cooks for others.
Happy cooking my friend.

How wonderful that you bought a Brand NEW Pressure-Cooker. Good news, Jimbo! They're terrific, and a BIG time savor! These days, the electric called, "instant pot" when reading recipes, is well advertised as one of the best.
As I see, you agree . . . that was fine reading for me! I know you'll use it more than you think! There's so much food to cook, and different meats and beans, take forever! You're the first cook ever, that bought a new pressure-cooker!
I also, Love my pressure-cookers, I use them quite a bit! CIAO, AP
