My mouth watered all day long after reading your recipe. Too bad we can't find lamb shanks where I live. But thanks.

Walcome, gilpog! This was a very tasty dinner with lots of flavor. Lamb has a unique taste, unlike red meat beef, at all! I do not know where you live that you cannot buy Lamb! AP

Another delicious and nutritious cool weather recipe, AP. This dish is called osso bucco in many restaurants and is considered a delicacy. Your dish is probably twice as good and would cost less than half as much to make at home following your recipe. You’ll always be a Top Chef in my book, AP..

Bon Appetito,

John

Welcome, John Lowrence, so good to hear from you! I LOVE Cooking and Photography. It's hard for me to understand the correct answer. My Greek recipe Lamb Shank, was a classic recipe from my Grandmother. I did not no it another way.

I see surprises do come along, it stills makes me think. I LOVE AMERICA! AP
