You did a great job taking the picture at just the right moment for some excellent splash photography. Did you have a helper to drop the strawberry? I tried it by myself a while back and had much better luck with my wife helping me.
I took your photo to see if I could get a more realistic, (to me), color out of it. I downloaded your picture and opened in CRA. Took the temperature slider towards blue to a -19 setting, darkened Blacks-26 setting and increased Vibrance +23. The settings made the water, (again to me), clearer sharper and the strawberry a bit more red. See what you think, no matter I like the shot and the effort to get it.

Thanks for taking the time to work on my shot. I would love to see the final results. If you so desire either post it here on this thread or PM it to me.
No helper in the making of this shot. I held the strawberry about 8 or 10" over the glass and let it rip. I thought when I set it up I would need more shots before I found the one I liked. Sometimes a little luck is a good thing.

I think luck does have a lot to do with it, speaking from my experience. Here is my color altered version.
Depending on your monitor you might want to move the Temperature slider a little more or less than I did.

On my monitor it looks a little "cleaner". It appears to have a slight blue tint so I think that contributes to that clean look.
Nicely done.

I think most people think clean water has a blue tint to it, as in a pool. That thinking is probably why the Ozark bottled water company's container has a blue tint. When empty the bottle still has its blue cast.
