Look a bit bright to me, but I like the way you've got Corfe Castle in the background. Our U.S. friends might not recognise that ruin as a castle (first shot, tree line 1/4 in).

Enjoy the ride.

Looks to me like you might be standing in a favourite Campsite of mine often visited in the Summer.

People in the train forum would love these.

I probably overdid the brightness John - it got darker and darker as I waited for it to go through. An hour beforehand the light was just about perfect!
I’m actually on the bit of common at the end of the village, just up the road from your campsite.
Thanks for looking-in, and your comments.

Good to have an “insider” helping you to stay on track (pun intented). In particularly like your second shot.

I’d helped him with some parts for a little shunting loco that’s being restored for the line, so exchange is no robbery as they say Frank. I duly kept the info to myself then, on the day, somebody put all the details on the railway website! Not sure why the railway is being so awkward about the Scotsman visit but all official access, even to viewing points is highly restricted. Not that it matters, there are plenty of places with public access, if you know them. She’s down from our National Railway Museum in York. Thanks for taking a look.
