"We have no right to possess guns"

"Because, in the United States of America we have rights - You don't. We will fight to keep those rights as many has died so that others may have those rights. But most of all, the right to bare arms keeps our goverment in check. We will kick ass."

As I said at the start - that makes it your right to die with a bullet - nice. Tell that to the parents of Columbine High kids, or the relatives of those that died at the Batman film. And does it mean that any government official should be scared? Because if they do the wrong thing you will shoot them????? There are a lot of nuts around - which is why we don't have so many guns here, and why you have mass shootings all too often!!! But it is your right and good luck to you.

Sure, but how many bullets can be fired from an automatic compared to how many people you can run down and stab? That's why knives are not illegal!!!! Or cars!!! That really is a dumb argument. You can shoot a person from a distance, but hard to stab them from more than your arms length. Might as well ban nail clippers too!!! What about toothpicks - they can really hurt!!!

As the quote goes, 'if guns are outlawed then only outlaws will have guns.' If the outlaw feels that everyone is armed, they will usually not commit the crime or go elsewhere to do it.

The problem is is that if you try to take guns out of the society then the only people who will have guns are the criminals who would never give up their guns anyway... and something about how this nation was born, as silly as it may seem, the second amendment was written partially with the thought of keeping the government in check... Now before a lot of people criticize me for saying that I would first ask you to do a little research on the founders... and I will also tell you that I do not own firearms and used to be a gun control freak until I did the research... I have come around 180 degrees in my thinking after studying the subject... Still, I have no desire to own a gun, but I also have no desire to see the people of this country become sheep ripe for slaughter.

But it's NOT the crims that a doing the massacres!!! Its the nuts - ordinary citizens that have a gripe with some poor bastard. I'd hate to be a boss that had to fire someone for fear that they would come back and shoot me. A crim can commit a crime with a knife or gun or a machete. They don't shoot if you do what they want. If you had a gun too what are you going to do? Say 'that's not a gun!! This is a gun!!". By the time you get your gun out they would have already shot you. But if it makes you feel good then so be it.

Anyway, that's enough from me. Have your guns. It's your right to have them.

Hey Doc ..... don't necessarily need a gun to kill ..... just recently saw an article, wife accidentally ran her Mercedes Benz SUV over her husband, accidentally did it 3 times, what a woman!

You see, sure it will probably make you feel safe to have a gun in case some dumb crim walked into your house. Fine. Crims here have guns too. Lots of them. But they don't go around killing innocent people or massacring people. They reserve their bullets for other crims. You may have heard of the spike in shootings here this year. That is simply because some bikies got pissed off with some other bikies and shot up their houses etc. No individuals got shot. Just their houses. Funny that.
