Last week I started a thread asking how backgrounds of some flower images were achieved. You are a natural! The two close-ups are quite beautiful. Are you going to start shooting subjects to make your own textures? That's fun too

Thanks Linda. The backgrounds are actually the original photo. First I put the image through Topaz Impressions, then added a texture and in Topaz Texture. That seemed like the best way to get colors in the texture that blended harmoniously with the subject. Then I brushed back in the subject. Pretty much like the tutorials instruct in the initial thread. Thanks for your help again!
