Whatever you can tell from online jpgs,
here's 1/2 doz. Really mix of D750 and
D610 ... essentially the same cameras
but for minor upgrades. Image quality
difference should be zero. If there was
any, it would be too negligible to show
up in online jpgs anywho.

Here are 557,969 images taken with a D750

Hope that is enough for you to make a decision. Hopefully you'll get there before you look at #557,969, because by then you may be looking at a used one, or it's replacement.

Well...…….you convinced me. I am keeping my D750 !!!

This is my old Minolta Maxxum 5000i 35mm SLR camera. The focusing motor gave out and it really was not usable anymore. It wanted to see what it looks like inside.

I took the upper photo with my D750 with a Tamron 45mm f/1.8 SP VC lens.
I took the lower photo with a Z6 with 50mm f/1.8 lens that I had rented.
These aren't the best photos to show the quality that is possible from the cameras. They more demonstrate how shallow depth of field can be when the camera is close to the subject.

The pictures are not alike. The Nikon
seems to have wasted some of light ?

Funny how peeps with GAS can look there
to convince themselves some other, better
camera than their current model is needed.
And that will confirm it [in their mind].

Or ..... you can look up your own camera
and, out of 1/2 million snaps, there's sure
to be plenty that prove that one's current
camera has far more untapped potential
than one was aware of !

It's a double edged blade.

DOF seems significantly greater with Z6 shot. Different aperture? I just looked at the originally posted shots and did not download.

They were both shot at f/8. I was a little further away when I shot with the Z6. I cropped some in software so the two images fill the frame about equally. I think the greater distance increased the depth of field of the Z6 shot.

I would look more at the features of the body. Picture quality is more determined by lenses. I personally would not purchase DX lenses, even for a DX DSLR. I realize part of the idea with DX format is less weight. But if you really want to get the shot, weight is going to be a secondary consideration.

Both bodies you're considering will exceed most amateurs' abilities, so I don't think you'd see a difference in quality between the two. The D7500 is a little more camera (features) for the money. But the D750 is full frame.

FYI, B&H has the D7200 body on sale for $696.95. With an extra battery, an SD card and a bag. That seems like an amazing deal.
