Their site says: Expected availability: Wed Mar 20.
When do you think I should receive it?

Depends on how far away you live and how the FedEx service is in your area. Everything I have ever ordered from B&H has come overnight whether it was shipped via UPS or FedEx. That's because I live only a few hours north of their warehouse. If you are farther away it all depends on the speed of the carrier.

I'll bet you could get better information by asking B&H than you will get by any of us guessing.

B & H just says that the release date is March 20th, and there is no guarantee as to when they will receive it in order to ship. This however (as per the B & H rep) is the answer they give everyone for anything that is preordered.

Just a guess, but 1 hour east of 34th and 8th puts you at the nassau suffolk border? (assuming no traffic)

Expect to get your camera roughly five days later, March 25th. The arrived shipment container needs to first get processed in receiving, and then the warehouse crew has to prepare the individual units for reshipping to customers. All this takes time. If there a lot of back orders on that camera which need to be filled, maybe even longer.

In New Hampshire and I'm sure in other states also. An unknown is usually answered," hard telling not knowin". Knowing is purposely spelled wrong to get it as close to local pronunciation.

Remember the good old days when mail order took 6 to 8 weeks? I am continually amazed at the universally fast turnaround on most orders! B&H is one if the quickest.

If you don't get it soon after try Best Buy. Surprisingly I have gotten cameras from them when the "big 2" were backlogged.
