Yes, I have seen this presentation of language as well. For a dyslexic I can state that I often read a written sentence and grasp the essentials from the words as structure. Be advised that often when a dyslexic person reads a sentence we loose certain meanings that are there because we miss read certain words and so miss the meaning that is part of the communication.
An example of this would be the art work by Marcel Duchamp from 1919 Fresh Widows as a title placed on the bottom edge of a miniature three dimensional object that looks like a set from a doll house French Windows.
Another extremely famous art work by Man Ray entitled Danger Dancer in which the graphics are so arranged by design as to defy a 100% meaning of either of the two the word 'danger' or 'dancer'.
