And thanks to all the users who took the time to add to
the challenge by posting some of their events, and to all
of those that continue to support other users by their
wonderful comments!
This final post was, unfortunately, a "non-event" for me.
We have a beautiful state park on the other side of town with
and even more beautiful lake.
This year around New Years, they had an ice festival, called the
"Eagle Plunge" because we have a pair of nesting eagles that return
each year to nest and lay and hatch their eggs.
But because of some health issues, I wasn't able to get out to enjoy it.
I did get out to the park at the end of January, and there was
still one ice sculpture standing...I hope you enjoy.
