Got a new computer from them about six months ago. Good price, quick to ship.

They sometimes sell USA products from Canon, and sometimes sell grey market (international, no warranty or users manual). As of today, their Canon EOS products are all internations ("grey market") which sometimes causes waranty repair issues. Check other times and you will fin USA products, but at a higher cost. They are a Canon dealer and can sell both USA and international products.

Have been a customer for years. I used to go to them almost exclusively from computer related equipment, but since they have started charging sales tax, not as much as I used to. They are a reputable dealer.

I use to use them often, since their start. I was an avid Egghead (bankrupt predecessor) customer before them.
I just did a computer build and never found a significantly lower price than available on Amazon on a particular item. Also, I'm a Amazon store cardholder, 5% cashback program.

I bought their inexpensive camera backpack. It has been mostly used as a storage bag home and car, not really a functioning bag. But it has held up well for near 10 years now.

You might also want to know NewEgg has a large eBay store. I built three computers last year and bought most of the components from NewEgg proper, but also Amazon and NewEgg-eBay where I found one of the CPUs for around $40 less than anywhere else.

eBay periodically has promos with a significant percentage off (often 8-15%) everything for a day, or a similar percentage off a category (often tech), and that's the best time to shop NewEgg-eBay.

Newegg has been around forever and is a very reputable company. They specialize in low priced used, refurbished and unused older-models of hardware. I recently bought a new HP 19" monitor in factory packaging (older model) for $30 including shipping. They also have great prices on lots of other equipment. I highly recommend them. >Alan

I have used them in the past when ordering computer equipment when I used to make and upgrade my computers.

I also like NewEgg. I bought components from them when upgrading my desktop computer. Prices good, and often discounted.

Only problem I had was when FedEx "lost" my package. It was from one of NewEgg's vendors. I got their contact information from NewEgg, called them, and I had a replacement within 2 days. When the first package finally showed up, I called them and got a return label to send it back!

The only thing I would caution anyone about is to have an idea of exactly what you want. So many items that are very similar have different specifications. A little research is often called for to make sure you are ordering the right one. It can be confusing if not prepared!

Customer service is great. I got good advice, and once even had questions answered that did not exactly relate to a purchase. Very helpful!

bought computer from them no problem. Often they deal in refurb items but they are totally upfront about it. I don't recall having any issues with refurb equipment (yet)!
