"Brew Pub Lotzza Motzza" is what you'll see on the label, made by Bernatello's Foods. I've tried a bunch of them, and some are acceptable, others good. This is the first one I've found that I'd actually rate highly. Cheese only is one of the options.

Stay away from self rising crust pizzas. They use something in the baking soda family to raise the dough instead of yeast and it gives it a sharp, bitter taste.

I love over endowed pizza. To accomplish this, when I open the frozen or even fresh ones, I add sliced peppers, some sliced olives, a meat like sliced salami - all of these scattered over the toppings already present. Then I add some pizza sauce, Italian seasoning and a thin layer of Mazzeroli cheese. Usually comes out much better to my taste (although authentic Italian is thin, with scanty toppings). You can add whatever you want to enhance your pre made pizza.

I don't care for them much. I make my own instead. I buy the refrigerated bread dough and keep the toppings and sauces on hand in the frig and just do it fresh each time.....my friends also prefer this method to the frozen option.

Frozen is quicker though.....but not as good.....my tastes obviously..haha

Sorry, Jerry - never eat "frozen pizza". My pizza is a delicacy. I drive 55 miles (one way) to Vic's, in Bradley Beach, NJ. https://www.vicspizza.com/. I grew up on the same block. The bar was opened in 1933 and in 1947 they added the Italian Restaurant.

Mark, he's not about to drive to Bradley Beach for pizza. LOL

Why not. He can make it in his Honda Fit in less than 3 days from the Catskills. 😜

Do you have a Kroger grocery near you?

Locally at least their deli pizzas are pretty awesome, priced right, and made to order while you you shop.

Best pizza is freshly made, not frozen, and preferably get a pizza from a local pizza maker, not a chain. Reheat any leftovers in a frying pan with a cover on low heat for a crisp crust; microwave reheating makes them soggy!
