What were the other numbers. If enough people reported the number, some penalty might result. I seem to recall the Federal Consumer Protection Agency had a means for reporting. How about the VA.

I just received a phone call from an organization calling itself “Homes for Veterans,” asking for a donation for veterans. Being a veteran myself I said sure. They wanted my credit card information but I said mail me the information, however they were insistent. So I asked “What organization is this?” and they hung up.
There are a lot of scams out there directed at Veterans, so be careful. This call came from a 360 area code which is the western side of Washington State, the Seattle area. (caveat emptor) Seamus

Rule of thumb; never give solicitors credit card numbers. Elderly are another victim. My mother was taken for thousands of dollars (we think even 10's of thousands) before we realized what was happening and took over her finances to prevent further theft. Anyone with elderly parents keep a close eye for forgetful behavior like Dementia & Alzheimer's. Plan early for trustees of the estate before it's too late. These are hard subjects to approach your parents with but essential and for us older folks that are getting up there we should be taking care of that business now also.
Update, thanks John F.

I flew Navy fighters for 20 years including Vietnam, but that's beside the point. I send all unknown or suspected spam calls to Voice Mail. If you get a voice mail, the call is disconnected so it's safe to listen to it. If you wish. I have used HiYa to weed out the spam for over a year and I love it. When you first get it, you'll have to train it to your call patterns. Until a month ago it was free on Android phones, now it's about $15/year. Money well spent.

You need to know that the SCAM callers can make the phone number anything they want to.

NOMOROBO is far less effective than it used to be. As in, it hasn't stopped a single call to my phone recently. And, while the OP's caller ID said area code 360, it could have been from anywhere. These nuisance calls are all coming from different numbers. When I get the same call more than once, each time the caller ID says it's from a different number. Even ones that turn out to be legitimate. The suggestion of not answering is the best. Unfortunately, we're not allowed to find out where they are, go there, and shoot them.

When nomorobo doesn’t catch a robo call, do you log in and add that number to the database?

You can text the number to them and they'll add it to their database!
