You don’t make sense. Like the wall itself, what race do you refer? Deflection. A leftie conceding.

How so?

One prime example is his lifting of the sanctions on Russia.

Another one is his turning a blind eye and a deaf ear to the intelligence reports on the Khashohgi murder in Turkey that has been linked to the Saudi Crown Prince!

You mean the sanctions he placed on Russia in the first place, unlike Obama who punished Putin for taking the Ukraine by suspending his NETFLIX account?

Do you even remember the Ossetia and Ukraine debacles? How aggressive has Russia been lately?

This is an authoritarian power grab.
It is a bad thing on many, many levels.

Maybe you should look at the other declared national emergencies....in almost every case they are a president doing something the congress either wouldn’t do or we’re just to divided and lazy to do.

I agree with this though I don't know about it ending up in court this is a dangerous precedent and could very easily be abused. Once one party abuses power the other will too and it will only escalate.

All the 535 lazy asses we elected have to do is v**e to take away the power THEY gave him!

A green bill (not the current green paper) would have the science behind it and would make a lot better "emergency" than this. So would a gun control bill. I'm not in favor of Democrats doing that, but if Trump gets away with this, you don't want to take a butter knife to a gun fight. The Democrats absolutely cant unilaterally disarm. I don't think it bodes well for the country.

Well, a gun control bill is out as guns are actually specifically in the co stitution and have been upheld by scotus.

By the way....do you actually know what science is?

What's the attraction to McMahon in a wife beater? Why is it preferable to men in tights. I mean superheroes. Some of your WWF heroes really should stay away from tights.

If Nancy struck out, why the the need for the Congessional side-stepping of the President to get his way by fabricating a “National Emergency”?
This is authoritarian dismissing of the Congress simply to get what he wants-certainly not the way our government was designed.

Try reading the laws and spare us your emotional, subjective drivel.

Nothing authoritarian involved.....just the use of the power in a law congress itself enacted. The bulls**t here is the use of the court system to fight this (the preferred manner of the f*****t progressive) when the correct route is tomfirst fight it in Congress and fix the problem!

Some highlights.......please read closely and possibly replace some of your subjectivity with a tad of objectivity

“The National Emergencies Act (NEA) (Pub.L. 94–412, 90 Stat. 1255, enacted September 14, 1976, codified at 50 U.S.C. § 1601–1651) is a United States federal law passed to end all previous national states of emergency and to formalize the emergencies powers of the President

The Act empowers the President to activate special powers during a crisis but imposes certain procedural formalities when invoking such powers. The perceived need for the law arose from the scope and number of laws granting special powers to the executive in times of national emergency. Congress can undo a state of emergency declaration with either a joint resolution and the President's signature, or with a veto-proof (two-thirds) majority v**e.[1] Powers available under this Act are limited to the 136 emergency powers Congress has defined by law.[2]

Emergency p**********l powers are dramatic, and range from suspending all laws regulating chemical and biological weapons, including the ban on human testing (50 U.S.C. § 1515, passed 1969); to suspending any Clean Air Act implementation plan or excess emissions penalty upon petition of a state governor (42 U.S.C. (f) § 7410 (f), passed 1977); to authorizing and constructing military construction projects (10 U.S.C. (a) § 2808 (a), passed 1982) using any existing defense appropriations for such military constructions ($10.4 billion in FY2018[18]); to drafting any retired Coast Guard officers (14 U.S.C. § 331, passed 1963) or enlisted members (14 U.S.C. § 359, passed 1949) into active duty.”
