I'm sure this will end up in court. But, aside from that, I warn the GOP to be very cautious of what they do. They're setting up a precedent for future Presidents to do the same thing and once a Dem gets into the White House, he/she can declare a "State of Emergency" and then proceed to do things that will shake your world.
This is not a smart move but no one ever accused Trump of being smart.

This is an authoritarian power grab.
It is a bad thing on many, many levels.

I agree with this though I don't know about it ending up in court this is a dangerous precedent and could very easily be abused. Once one party abuses power the other will too and it will only escalate.

Excellent point.

I warned every l*****t I know that blindly granting executive power to Obama would haunt them.

Now they are wetting their pants in collectivist unison.

What you didn't say or know that about 30 past p**********l national emergency declarations are still active. Agreee or disagree with Trump. But the declaration of national emergencies is nothing new, and there are plenty of precidence for thesed kinds of things

Odd that during DONNIES press conference he said "I didn't have to do this". Wouldnt that make it NOTan emergency?

Still baffled by English I see, the explains the fetish about picture books.

I still don’t get the fetishized for imaginary flying men who wear underpants over their tights.

JUGHEAD would have made more sense.

A green bill (not the current green paper) would have the science behind it and would make a lot better "emergency" than this. So would a gun control bill. I'm not in favor of Democrats doing that, but if Trump gets away with this, you don't want to take a butter knife to a gun fight. The Democrats absolutely cant unilaterally disarm. I don't think it bodes well for the country.

What's the attraction to McMahon in a wife beater? Why is it preferable to men in tights. I mean superheroes. Some of your WWF heroes really should stay away from tights.

That’s easy.

It sends you, Fwankie and EllieMay, among others, into such spittle spewing rages that you can’t help but expose your true natures for all to see.

Continue, please.
