I've never purchased a Nikkor. Which adapter would I need to mount on Fuji X mount?
I do not know, maybe some others on UHH will know. There are so many members !

Nikon F to Fuji X, plenty on Ebay
Peter, that's a great lens. I've used one on my Nikon F for years.
One caution, it may not mount on any of the digitals.

Nikon mounts are universal, except for the new Z model, but there's an adapter for those as well.

It has the Ai mount, compitable with nearly any Nikon DSLR.
Nearly isn't the same as every.
I get contrarian comments everytime I mention that the 43~86 I have will not mount on any Nikon DSLR that I own. I haven't tried it, but it may not even mount on my F5.

it does fit the mount, however' a negative comment are about the 'other' connectivity.....is metering. Look at the first photo in the sale, see the silver fork next to the f stop numbers...thats the linking mechanism for the meter. This is a manual focus lens....thats why its $30. + $10 s&H

Yes, ANY MOUNT,
It's the metering is not the same. look at the photos for the meter link right next to the colorful f stop numbers
Here's two photos of the 43~86 that I use. The indicated screw prevents it from being mounted on anything but my F, Nikkormat, and Nikomat. My F5, D700, D800e, and D850 will not accept this lens.
