At the upper right there is a date and a hash character (#). Click on the hash. That will give you the URL of the specific post that you clicked on. You can copy the URL and forward that to someone.
Alternatively you can just highlight the text, copy it (Ctrl-C or Command-C), then paste it into an email (Ctrl-V or Command-V).
Not quite sure how you can paste it into a phone message other than just reading it into an answering machine.
