Coolpix P1000

After having the Coolpix P1000 for a few month I have almost figured its limitations, here are some Barred Owls I took yesterday afternoon. I will show the zoom feature which is the main thing with this camera,I shot all the Barred Owls from my Bean bag support. I wiggle the camera into the bad to get a firm support then go to work shooting the photos. The long zooms are essential that you use a support and hold it as still as you can.

Very nice set of owl images. Glad the P1000 is working well for you, I had one, but just could not get good images with it, probably more my fault than the cameras, but wanted to try a Nikon.
