I'm trying this again. When I took this I was attracted to the light on the peaks. While I ran to get into a shooting location this little storm cloud rolled in. And yes, it really was this color. Got a couple of shots, and then 10 minutes later it was raining hard enough to float the arc. Love bad weather for photos.

I whole-heartedly agree with your previous title: bad weather = good pictures, though I tend to stay close to the car, if not shoot from within the car

Linda---I actively SEEK bad weather. When I see the clouds rolling in both my camera and I grab our raincoats and out we go. I've walked back to the car lots and lots of times while the rain pours down. But I love the photographic results so I will continue. Note---when lightening is near----I do walk a while lot faster. :-)

Very dramatic image. Great light within the scene and captured really nicely.
