I have Adobe Cs6. I was using it fine last night but when I opened my computer up today it won't come up. It will say it's loading for about 5 seconds and then stop.
Does anybody else have this problem?

My first thought would be to thow the Preferences file in the trash and try another start. If you don't know how to do that, see my second thought.

My second thought would be to run the UNinstall program and then install it again - something may be corrupted.

Wouldn't RedFox first have to deactivate it, or something like that, to be able to re-install? Or would the un-install accomplish that? Adobe allows only two installs, right? I'm always worried about having a program that I can't re-install.

I don't believe so since it is on the same computer. The uninstall does not deactivate.

Nothing needs to be done if re-installed. It will ask for the activation code again but it will not count against that computer. This program will need a lot of ram to operate properly! Otherwise it will have all sorts of problems.

Be careful here - do NOT just "delete" it. You have to UNINSTALL it. If you think deleting means just dragging to the trash, that is not the case as it leaves all kinds of ancillary files in strange places. The "uninstall" cleans out everything.

Captain is correct, deleting a software programme is not like deleting a Jpeg file. To remove a software programme you must use their uninstall system. And even then some programmes seem to leave a trace of something somewhere, sometimes.
