And there are hundreds of thousands of Walmart employees getting free healthcare, food, and other benefits.

Minnesota,,, ?? Oh! the Canadians... Yes build a wall and blow up the Queens Bridge between Detroit and Winsor.

The wall is not as simple as going to Lowes and buying fencing to keep your neighbors out of your backyard... Trump is a showman and using cheerleader phrases like build a wall and having the chorus chant it is as useful as the ole "44 40 or fight." ["Fifty-four forty or fight!" was the popular slogan that led President Polk to victory against all odds.]

Fool leads where fools follow.

Maybe you missed all the news of how the Illigals waiting for the day in court were shipped all over the country at taxpayer expense, then most do not show up for their day in court. But if you believe they are refuges because they want to come to the US then it is ok to open the borders to whomever wants a free set of goodies, it is only government money after all.

A survey showed about 770 million people in the world would like to live in the U.S.
What gets me is do the environmentalists think open boarders is a good idea for our land.

Again, name one person who is in favor of “open borders”. Name one environmentalists who has said they are in favor of “open borders”.
This portrayal is as dishonest as the Presidents lies.

Trump and his supporters engage in extreme hyperbole when it softens the the sound of an outright lie.
Of course they will lie when pressed-just like Trump who only tells the t***h when he can.

What rational makes it right to offer and extend free benefits to i******s that have not contributed to our system while denying these same free benefits to our own citizens? When national health care is part of our country's system, then and only then, should we offer what's left over to those who do not or have not worked to build what this country has to offer. I heard both my parents state to members of our family, "those that work eat first" . Its about time we FIRST take care of those who have worked to make this country great.

Do you mean the millions of Irish, Germans, Russians and other white people who populated this country without paperwork or jobs? Or do you mean the black people who were brought here in chains but started to work on Day One.

The quote came from the Oct 1, 2018 issue. Elsewhere in the article one reads:

"The rule, announced last weekend, would upend decades of immigration policy by denying permanent residency to immigrants who have used public assistance in the past or are expected to do so in the future.

The rule would greatly broaden a long-standing “public charge” policy, which was designed to stop immigration by people likely to become dependent on cash welfare. It would expand the rule to include a wide range of noncash benefits, including Medicaid, federal nutrition programs, housing vouchers and low-income prescription drug subsidies under Medicare. Use of any of those programs could disqualify an immigrant from obtaining a green card or extending a visa.

Administration officials say the rule would ensure that people who emigrate to the United States can support themselves and will not become a drain on public resources.

Advocates fear that, as an unintended consequence, it will prevent immigrant families from seeking preventive medical care, getting checkups for their children, finding safe housing or buying nutritious food."

It made Obama and his family safe at his new residence, so obviously a wall works.

In the year 846, Muslim raiders known as the Saracens l**ted Old St. Peter’s Basilica and the Papal Basilica of St. Paul outside the walls. The pirates took priceless treasures from the shrines. Shocked by the sack of some of the most sacred sites in Christendom, Pope Leo IV created the Leonine Wall, completely surrounding the Vatican Hill. Additional defenses were added in the 15th and 16th centuries.

Yes. Those are the people who I am talking about. Which included those who were brought here in chains and those who were brought here as indentured servants. They got off the boat and did not ask what this country could give to them, but rolled up their sleeves and began to work for their living. Some got right off the boat and entered military service and died for this country. Those were the people who paid for the benefits of this country. I'm tired of paying for people brought into the United States and given a free (to them) education at the expense of our people who couldn't afford to go to a college. I'm tired of seeing our own kids saddled with educational loads while foreigners walk away debt free. I'm tired of hearing of our people who die from lack of medical care while i******s get free health care. I'm tired of paying increased insurance because i******s chose not to buy insurance. I'm tired of politicians buying v**es by catering to i******s. Its time we take care of our own.
